Refund & Return Policy:

Because our perfumes are created individually by hand, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened product. If you become interested in a fragrance, but do not know what it smells like, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample first, so that you can be sure you love it before making a purchase.

However, if any of the items sent are incorrect, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Day Three Fragrances.

Please note: We do offer Discovery Sets with samples of our entire collection.  This is a great way to try every fragrance, before commiting to a full bottle.  This is a great way to find a fragrance perfect for you.  We do not recommend blind buying a perfume.
